    Hi Guys,

I'm in need of a Minidump expert to help me with which drivers are causing grief with my RIS install of Windows XP SP2 on HP 6710b Laptops.

The System Events vary a little but a few examples are:

    Error code 100000d1, parameter1 0d394999, parameter2 00000009, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 8938f682.

    Error code 100000d1, parameter1 1b4c1b4b, parameter2 00000009, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 89139238.

Attached are the Minidumps in question.

0xD1 errors are due to faulty drivers. Your first minidump cites L8042Kbd.sys This is a Logitech PS2 Keyboard Filter Driver that belongs to the software Logitech SetPoint Keyboard Driver.

Your second 0xD1 error cites i8042prt.sys; i8042 Port Driver belongs to the software i8042 Keyboard and PS/2 Mouse Port Driver or Microsoft Windows Operating System. It is a system function driver found in Microsoft Windows 2000 and later versions for PS/2-style keyboard and mouse devices.

    * Go to the Logitech website and update your drivers.
