HP NC6000 Upgrade

I would like to upgrade the processor in my NC6000. Presently it has a 1.7GHZ Pentium Centrino. What could I put in this laptop? I want to run some software that requires a 1.8 GHZ processor (2 GHZ recommended).

Normally that won't be a great problem to run those softwares on your laptop presently with the 1.7GHZ Pentium Centrino but if you want to change for this one:

Thanks so much for the info. Do you think I will notice the difference generally with the 2GHZ.

No you won't notice it while using windows but when opening those program you may notice a slight improvement in performance as for example the speed it open or the speed it processes a data or work.
