the computer keeps rebooting from the desktop. even if i try to format the drive again and reinstalling windows sometimes the computer just switches off.

How is your airflow/cooling? Are all your fans working? Heat will cause such shut-downs. Also, just wondering as to the quality of your PSU.

airflow and cooling is fine, the air flows out of the back of the desk and around the sides of the tower. sorry but what is PSU again? i havent worked with a computer in ages
