I recently acquired a Dell desktop with Windows 10 installed on it. For whatever reason, it does not recognize that I have two printers connected to it. When I try to manually install a printer from the supplied disk, I get a message that tells me that my HP Deskjet 5610 All-in-One cannot be installed on a 64-bit operating system. This is news to me, since I had installed this printer on previous desktops running Windows 10, but okay, I'll play along! I went out there to HP to get the most recent universal print drivers for my printer, but when you click on the download button, it takes you to a 404 page not found error. I have tried to get to this driver by many different routes, but all take me to this error page. Why does this particular computer not see my printer, or why can't I install, then update drivers later? What can I do to get this printer working again? Thanks!

As with the previous post there doesn't seem to be any problem with downloading the necessary driver.
