"IPCom acquired Bosch's mobile telephony patent portfolio in 2007. It develops no products and carries out no research into mobile technologies"

Seriously, there needs to be research done on revising laws on patents. Either to do with purchase/transfer of them or how enforceable they are... this is just a company that acquired a piece of paper for crying out loud...
  3. The new mantra for this century, "If you can't innovate, then litigate." Is anyone else getting sick of all this litigation or is it just me?

Is it me, or does anyone else see an image of a troll?

Patent trolling, the fastest growing business out there folks!

Pretty much everyone should just file patents for aynthing they can dream of now in the hopes that you can sue MS/apple/HTC/Samsung in the near future for 9 000 000$ for daring to come up with the same solution to a common problem.

Infact I'm heading to patent 1+1=2 right now, if the patent office will award "slide to unlock" then surely it will award me that also.
