I can't download anything. I just keep getting the 403 (forbidden) error and "you are not authorized to view this site". I am using IE and Windows XP home and have SP2 installed. I've checked for spies, ads, and viruses. HELP PLEASE!

r u working in a company that has a network in office?Maybe the security policy of the company prevents u from accessing some web sites download sections
I am working at home . I do have a home network with 2 computers, router, cable modem with windows XP Home on both computers. I set it up and have had no problems for the past 2 years...until now. I tried setting all windows settings back to default settings thinking I may have inadvertently changed something.
