I am having a problem installing the battle for middle earth 2 game

When i put in the CD it installs until 33%, then it says on a different window: 'problem transfering the audio.big file'. What should i do?

Look at the surface of the CD. Are there any obvious fingerprints, dirt, grease or anything on it? Even if you can't see anything, try wiping the CD clean with a damp lint free cloth, paper towel or similar material.
