I cannot boot my computer up

I have a Dell dimension 8400..

A few days ago, i have had problems turning on my computer. Sometimes i was able to turn it on if i kicked the computer "slightly." But most of time i have an issue. Every time i turn on the power button, instead of it turning "green" like normally, it turns "orange" and the fans blow up extremely loud and fast and does not signal the computer to boot up. Any idea's onto fixing it? I don't know what to do. >.<

Sounds like a PS problem to me.

If your not technically minded which would seem to be the case try jumping on a bus and take it to your local shop before you end up breaking your toes.

There is a way to check it out but the chances are you might get electrocuted and I for one don't want that on my concious.
