Hello Potential Lifesaver,
I recently had a Spyware problem on my computer; it has been repaired (I think) and the computer seems to be running well. Since then, I cannot install my printer or digital camera. When I use the install CDs, everything seems to go fine but once I try to print (or connect my camera to the computer) ABSOLUTELY nothing happens! I was told by a computer technician I know, that I'm having a "driver problem". He walked me through a few steps (unsuccessfully). When I go to the Device Manager, there is a yellow question mark next to the USB Controller. Can someone please help me? Thanx!
