I cannot view video

hello i am prasanna i am using windows 7 on my acer 5560g laptop.from last week i cannot view video in my laptop.but the sound is ok.even in window media player,vlc player i cannot see video

Please be a little bit more specific, is the video playing but only hearing sound or does it fail to play at all. And assuming that it was fine all along did you have any updates or crashes or something recently?

yes the video is playing with sound,but i cannot see video, i dont think there is any crashes and updates recently.

maybe you need to download a video codec...or you can get K-Lite Codec Pack online and try it maybe it will help...
