I can't find drivers for my motherboard multimedia audio controller

  1. i have a acer motherboard: (MBv060900145200F14EK06) that has a realtek audio chip:(ALC2021 - 49352Q1 - 440F)but each realtek,Intel broadcom Intel and vista audio driver i try doesn't seem to work for my computer i just recently install win 7 in it, but before i install win 7 my internet worked but now that i install it the pc state the multimedia controller is missing but all the pc doesn't do is recognized the Ethernet core when i plug it into the pc to the router can someone please help.oh one more thing when i look at the device manger my network adapter is not even on the list of devices so now I'm really confuse. plz help

    Are you sure your audio chip is realtek ALC2021? I think that's a typo because I can't find any info about the ALC2021.
