I can't Right-Clicking on Desktop!

  1. First, thing I try to do is right-click on the empty part of the desktop. Then it starts to hang and "Program Not Responding" error comes up. It said Explorer was not responding. I press Don't Send Report but then another program comes up and it is called DrWatson PostMortem Debugger. I press Dont Send and it freezes so bad I cant do ANYTHING unless I quickly ctrl +alt +del and end the process called drwtsn32.exe. So is it safe to delete DrWatson and how can I if you can? Or is there any other way to slove this problem.

You may want to reinstall your graphics drivers, get the latest set.
