I am Windows 7 ultimate lover from last 6 years, recently I have installed windows 7 in my system, which? is Lenovo x61, this laptop install WiFi driver by default, and after this I usually go to control panel and the last option windows update, I click on that and automatically received updates from Microsoft for examples security drivers, graphic drivers etc etc...But this time I am not receiving anything, looks like it’s just searching this it, can anyone guide me about this problem, or tell me exactly, what is going on...??

When reinstalling did you get your ethernet driver? So if you plug in a ethernet cable will you get internet. Lenovo is weird sometimes and installs at least one of the network drivers. If not let me know the model and I can send you the driver and you can go to the library with a usb drive and download it there. And then you can take it home and install it via USB.
Yeah bro, ethernet driver and wifi driver install by default, my laptop model number is lenovo x61 tablet,
