I forgot my password

How can I reset my computor or find my user account to my PC using windows XP? I have only been able to access guest.

I'm using Hirens Boot CD 9.4 but 9.5 should be the same..Heres the program I uploaded it

1st Download Hiren Boot CD and burn the iso.
2nd Insert CD and restart pc and boot up the CD
3rd choose Password & Registry tools
4th Choose Active Pass Change XP
5th Select the option Search for MS SAM Database on all logical drives
6th Press enter to continue
7th choose the user name that you want to clear the password
8th the username you name you selected should have "Clear this user's password
9th Press "Y" to save changes and exit and reboot w/o cd and you should be able to boot right into your "user name"

login as the administrator by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL at welcome and type in administrator
leave password blank.

Some of the info talks about a "Reset disk" (that no one has anyway!) but the Rest of it states to CTRL+ALT+DEL etc etc
