I goofed. Need help with pics on a USB HDD

Earlier,I wanted to gather my collection of numerous jpeg's on my USB hdd & pc & put them in specific folders.
Unbeknownst to me, it removed some of the Album Art pictures from my WMP so I'd like to know if somebody knows which folder they go into? TIA

It usually just sits amongst the other files. However, in reality, you want them embedded in the file metadata.
