I have a problem

    Hey guys, somehow I turned off my windows themes application, and I can't figure how to get it back working..
    I tried going to controlpanel / administrative tools / computer management / services and applications / services / themes

    then started the themes application, but it resets back to normal after restart..

    Any help would be greatly appreciated..
