I have no Control Panel?

I had to reload Vista, and restore all my info from carbonite.com
I can get into almost everything, but not into my Control Panel.
When I go to it, it is just blank?

So what do I need to do, to get it back?

get a command prompt and enter control

There may be a workaround. First, do you have 64 bit or 32 bit?

You reinstalled Vista using your recovery disks, then you logged onto your Carbonite account to reclaim your old music files, pictures, etc?

As jobeard said, open a command prompt and enter "control".

If that doesn't work, then you could try this:
1.) Start
2.) Run (or search) "services.msc"
3.) A large box should appear displaying tons of services.
4.) Scroll down to the one titled "Software Licensing"
5.) Right click it and hit "restart"
6.) It should ask you if you are sure you want to restart "SL UI Notification Service", so confirm.

Don't forget to perform the Vista updates since one of the patches addresses this issue.
