I have no sound on my computer

Can someone please tell me what could've happened to the sound on my computer! It's a separate piece that fits on the bottom of my Dell screen! I've tried a few things already, and nothing! Everything seems to be OK, nothing on mute...so I don't know what could be wrong?

Is that a small soundbar? perhaps you should take a look behind the speaker and see if it has additional cable that is connected into your PC. check if it's a USB or 3.5mm cable.

I'm happy to say that I found that the problem was an unplugged cord, courtesy of my cat that likes to squeeze into places she shouldn't! It's plugged back in, and Thank God that's all it was! Thank You for all your help, appreciate it
