  1. ok so i have an nvidia 9500gt graphics card, have the latest nvidia graphics drivers and all that and im quite ssatisfied,i was jst wondering if installing the drivers for my onboard graphics card along with the nvidia will improve performance in gaming?

and also,my intel motherboard profile on intel.com says that it has 5.1 audio , but i only have a single output connecter, how do i get 5.1 sound out of that?isnt 5.1 supposed to have 3 connecters?

no dont install the onboard drivers they will not help at all 5.1 surround just mean 5 speakers plus a bass speaker you have to have the speakers to make it 5.1

    Ahh, I see.

That board has the standard 3-jack audio setup (I'm sure it has an official name, but nobody cares)

You can disable Line In and Mic - via the driver interface - and turn turn them into Rear and Center/Sub jacks - again, driver interface.
