    I have uninstalled a program in windows 2000 NT
    how can I reinstall if i don't have disk all
    the files have moved but not to the waste bin
    help vv much appreciated

    If you have uninstalled the program then the files will have been completely deleted. Can you download the installer from the publisher's website? Do you have a backup from before you uninstalled?

    If not then you probably won't be able to.

    depending on how the program was installed from disk or network location. You can try to search the registry for the application and find the install source there and hopefully it cached a copy of the installer. but the key may have been deleted when the application was uninstalled.

    thanks for your replies the program is for ripmate for ecrm rip don't think I can dowload it from anywhere I will call the suppliers of the imagesetter I can't find the disk anywhere at work and the person there before me didn't say where it was. I will try the registry thing tomorrow
