I need help with Hijackthis log

  1. Last night my system got infected a blue screen with the message"malware has been detected on your pc " took over my desktop.,I was able to get rid of the screen saver but my system only boots in safe mode,also the one time that it did boot normally after the infection, the internet explorer and a few other programs stopped responding.in safe mode the internet explorer works fine.
    please help, any support is greatly appreciated.thanks.

    No problems detected. What are your symptoms. Age, brand, model of computer
    I would run the free MalwareBytes or SuperAntiSpyware, which will sometimes detect stuff Kaspersky will not. But Kaspersky is pretty good.
    Consider running a Windows CD boot in Repair Mode, or the repair console..

    My internet explorer windows media player are not working everytime i click on them kaspersky tells me that the process "exe" has been modified and wont start the program.....Oh my systems mobo is a KT3 ULTRA ver 1.0 not sure about the rest..

    Just wanna say thanx for the help I have gotten my WMP to work now im working on getting the internet IE 7 up and running ...............
