I need to know How to get a HJT Log

I usualy have no problem with viruses but it finally caught up to me and now I have a really bad Trojan.

ishost.exe, isnotify.exe, ismon.exe and spywarequake.

I seen the tools you need but i need to run a HJT Log first and I am not sure how I need to do that.

Then go HERE and do likewise.Post an HJT log only after doing the above.
