So im building my First Computer and my father Contacted me if I had a Sound Card and I didn't know if I had an Integrated one or not I have an MSI Z390 A Pro for a Motherboard

Yes, it has an integrated one:

The section labelled 6 is where the input/output sockets are for the sound chip (which is at location 13).
