IBM unveils LotusLive iNotes, a Google Apps competitor

  1. IBM is preparing to launch a Web-based version of its Lotus Notes business email system on Monday. Called LotusLive iNotes, the service will compete with Google Apps, providing access to Webmail, 1GB of storage per user, mobile device support, integrated spam and antimalware protection, and administration tools.

    Cannot wait to go back to Lotus where it all started... I hope they keep some of the feel of the 1985 version

    Yes, like monospaced terminal fonts...

    For what it is worth, Lotus *Notes* came out in '89. Lotus 123 is certainly older.
  4. I still own lotus 123 on a 5.25" floppy in the closet. :)

    Get it out and use it. It is no good to us in the closet.
