IBuyPower Pc won't turn on

Hi, so I had my CPU upstairs and it worked fine but because my room was getting really hot now I decided to move it to the basement. Upon moving it and setting it all up, it won't turn on. My monitors turn on just fine so it's not the power strip or outlet. The cord is all the way in, yes I have to add that because I probably will get that question. Taking off the plexiglass to look inside yielded nothing out of the ordinary inside the CPU. I don't want to make a trip out to Best Buy. Any recommendation to solve my problem will be greatly appreciated.
