Identifying my graphics card

Hi all I am brand new at this PC thing, Just wondering if antone can help me. How do I go about finding out which graphics card I actually have on my PC. I am using windows XP if thats any help .

Download the free Everest programme from HERE It will give you lots of info about your system.
