IE 7 can't open web page

why does IE 7 can't open some web page on my pc but when i try to surf the net on a different pc all of the pages that i visit can be opened? any help will be appreciated.

Could be a number of reasons. Most likely it's a security issue with that particular website trying to load somethign IE7 doesn't like or you haven't given permission to load. Try adding that site to your Privacy settings. Go to tools, internet options, privacy then sites. Add it there and see what happens.

Since you use IE7, my guess would be the phishing filter preventing the page from loading. You can turn it off:

Good point, or he just use a browser like Firefox
