IE 8 serious bugs

why is the stability of ie8 so bad.even with tweaks still has problems.it is so slow they ought to call it turtle browser!can any one please tell me how to set this up so it runs half way decent?

It's not IE8 that is slow. Your system specs are lacking in the performance department.

Periodically running system cleaning applications such as CCleaner could help performance issues.
Turning off unnecessary browser addons could also help performance.
If you have several applications starting at boot, this could cause your PC to run slower than normal.

Although IE8 is generally slower than Opera, Firefox and Chrome, and roughly on par with Safari for Windows regardless of the performance of the machine running them. I don't think it's lacklustre performance can really be considered as "bugs".

In fact I'd download one of the other browsers that I mentioned. They can often give faster performance than IE8 or older versions of IE.
