Ie explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled

You're launching the "Internet Explorer with no add-ons" shortcut. You need to find the shortcut for the full program. Check the Start -> All Programs, or search the Program Files directory for the Internet Explorer program (iexplorer.exe)

could you please explain more as I am really strugling with this whenever I open IE i am receiving this pop up which makes me a bit nervous as I am worried it might crash my computer what about hijack this could that possibly help?

There are two ways to launch Internet Explorer, with add-ons enabled or without. You're clicking on the shortcut for the one with add-ons disabled. You want the one with add-ons enabled. if you click on the Start menu, you should see the Internet Explorer icon listed somewhere. Click on that one. If it works, then make a shortcut to your desktop for it.

Yes, delete the ones that launch IE with add-ons disabled. Then make a shortcut of the one for add-ons enabled to the Desktop.
