IE Pop-Ups When Using Firefox

I barely use IE, maybe only a few times when a site doesn't work on firefox. But anyway, whenever I use firefox now, I've been getting IE pop ups. I read a thread (https://www.techspot.com/vb/all/windows/t-3001-Asro...</t-35826-IE-popups-from-Firefox.html) with a similar situation and have installed AVG instead of the free Mcafee that I also had as well. I've attached my HJT log. Thank you.

Wow, okay thanks. Finally finished the 8 steps, the scanning took awhile. Feels cleaner now. But here's the new log.

Edit: Actually, I'm not getting pop-ups anymore, I think it's been fixed. Wow, those 8 steps are very useful. I think it should be made into a manual or something. Thanks!

Everything seems to be running smoothly. It's back to as it was before, but now I'm more confident with the protection I have. I had Kaspersky before, but to be honest, it ain't that great. Thanks.
