IE pop ups while using FireFox, help

Hello everyone, recently I've been experiencing IE pop ups while on firefox (which is my default browser) and I used Spybot to remove malware, which I thought worked and apparently didn't. So than I ran HijackThis and attached my log. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks a lot!

Other information: If MBAM states 'delete on reboot', then restart the computer.

Repeat scans with MBAM & SAS until clean or reports something it cannot clean.

Restart the computer & scan with HJT.
