    Hello i got xp with all updates latest java and flash player but i got problems with some pages especially youtube i think its a memory or java script problem but dont know.
    ie works for a while then dies no freeze or error doesn't help opening a new window i have to restart ie.
    got new hardware and reinstalled xp but the problem is still there have tried ie7 and firefox but its the same

    Hi,

    Spyware most probably,but make sure you have at least 256Mb RAM

    For spyware go HERE follow the instructions,then start a new thread in the Security forum

    with the three logs,it asks for (Hjt,Avg,Combofix).

    Install firefox instead and see if that works.. Then you can download your spyware programs to see what's going on.. Hopefully IE is not currupted.
