[Solved] Iexplore.exe keeps respawning after force closing

    Alright I did as you said and that still didn't fix anything, true less processes to run at start up, but the computer is still running slow as molasses. Its almost as though its having to think 10 times before it opens a requested program if it really wants to open it.

    I did a defrag of my system last night, as I've seen that to help in the past, but to no avail. I also uninstalled avast, since I first noticed this hesitation in my computer shortly after I installed that. I'm not seeing much change from that either. :(
