Its best to match the speed at which you know your motherboard will operate.
    • DDR2-533
    • DDR2-666
    • DDR2-800
    • DDR2-1066
Which motherboard (computer model number would suffice) do you have?

Okay yeah its DDR2. The model is Intel DG45ID, what speed is it? I'm not sure as it doesn't say on here.

Maybe this link will help you. I think DDR2-800 is your best bet for compatibility.
