The problem is that my screen wont turn on when i turn the computer on. (this is on my other computer, ofcourse) It was all working fine until ths morning i was in the bios setup and i used a option that read "load optimized settings" and i did that. i saved and exited and next i new the screen said "no input signal", "moniter going to sleep"

Can someone please try and help me? I would be oh so gratefull

You probably need to blank your bios. Your mobo manual should tell you how to do it, if it doesn't then locate the bios battery on your mobo and remove it for a minute or so.

Have you tried testing the monitor/computer on an other one?

If another monitor works on your computer it is likely a bad monitor.
If your monitor works on another computer it is likely a bad video card.

Is this perhaps something to do with the on-board video?
Another thing to check (perhaps a bit obvious) but with all the plugging in and unplugging of the monitor, are all the connection pins OK?

Hey, thx for the suggestions but i managed to fix it. I just started up the computer waited untill about the point it asks for bios setup and i went in and rest it:) was worried for a while but i also tried aking out the battery and that didnt help anywayfixed it so thx

regards,
the karim
