I'm plagued again by malware... thanks LimeWire?

I'm trying for help to get some type of malware off my computer. when I click on my subject to search in google, etc. I am directed to random websites that continually have nothing to do with what I am searching for. LimeWire was the last thing I ran b4 all this happened.
