In need of help on Asus 7 in tablet

please help with Asus 7 in tablet from at&t. My sons tablet died. U plugged up. It came on with the reset screen. Were it states to select vol-up or vol- down, execute power or camera: reboot driodboot, reboot, recovery, power off. It will not move from power off. And will flash occasionally but nothing else. Please help.

The internal battery is probably bad. I don't know if it is replaceable or not
