Inaccessible boot-drive

Well I am not able to pass this I get a Blue screen...
I am gonna reformat but this dumb mobo does not boot the disk..
I need a bootdisk rigth?
Can I use any other media type to boot the os?

Ive done a little research and os cd boots are available but I need some guidance on how to do it properly.
