Incompatibility with Internet Explorer - dreamviewer pages

On assessing this website on browsers like google chrome, mozilla firefox it is ruining perfectly alright. On internet explorer all pages except the home page are shown only in black & white. what could be the possible error? how to overcome this ? suggest.
