Increase font size in Windows 7 without increasing DPI?

  1. Hi, I just built my parents a new home theater computer and installed Windows 7 onto it rather than good old XP. They have this computer hooked up to their television and would like to increase the font size for better readability (from a distance).

Increasing DPI increases the font size but it also increases window sizes to ridiculous sizes making them taller than the screen so you cannot click buttons at the bottom of the window.

They have Windows 7 Ultimate x64, how can I increase the font sizes without increasing DPI?
