Increasing Asus g60Vx gaming performance?

Hi
I need help on upgrading my asus g60vx
The specs are:
intel core2duo p7350 @ 2.00ghz
4gig ram
Geforce GTX 260m

Im trying to run fps games like battlefield 3, crysis 2, war inc but i have low fps on those games and they lag.

Can anybody please advise me on how to upgrade my pc please

This is a laptop, not built to run those games well... If you have the maximum memory allowed and a hard drive that has enough speed (7200rpms) and free capacity or space, that's all you can do
