Increasing FPS

    I have tried a few things to make my Counter strike source run smoother. I currently have a configuration I am happy with(basicly set my graphics to pathetic low levels) but I still average in the high 30s during actual gameplay. I have an ATI RADEON HD3200 that I cannot upgrade(laptop ya know?) and I cannot afford a new CPU anytime in the near future.

    Are there any other things(technical even) I can do to help smooth out my gameplay?
