Infected by Trojan.FakeAlert

  1. Avira detected a threat but my computer restarted. When It came back it was showing a icon in the system tray (red circle with white cross on it) and a speech bubble coming from it saying my system was infected (duh) and that I had to click to download some protection. I ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and removed the icon but I cannot activate the firewall (the firewall's control panel says 'for your security, some settings are controlled by Group Policy'). The explorer's home page has also changed.

    Attached are the logs. Thank you for your help
