Avira detected a threat but my computer restarted. When It came back it was showing a icon in the system tray (red circle with white cross on it) and a speech bubble coming from it saying my system was infected (duh) and that I had to click to download some protection. I ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and removed the icon but I cannot activate the firewall (the firewall's control panel says 'for your security, some settings are controlled by Group Policy'). The explorer's home page has also changed.
