Virus exists in System 32 dsound3.dll


i use Kaspersky 6 antivirus, but Kaspersky don`t remove the virus.
also i use : Panda Anti-rootkit
SuperAntiSpyware.Profesional 3.9.0.1008
Ad-ware
but this anti-virus don`t detect: Trojan-Spy.win32.BZub.btx


I would greatly apreciate any help.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.

i save a print screen with kaspersky(New p.jpg) solution when i scan C:\windows\system32\dsound3.dll

this trojan is a big problem for me... i try panda anti rootkit; avg antirootkit beta; but this programs don`t detect the trojan.

Tank you very much i resolve the problem with Combofix, this program delete the infected file "dsound3.dll" ......

That`s all well and good. However, unless you post the requested logfiles, there`s no way of knowing if your system is clean.

A lack of symptoms is no guarantee your system is clean.

Your system is infected wiht at least one trojan backdoor.

Please follow the instructions in this thread exactly and post the requested log files.
