How can i clone my installed XP OS with exact settings & programs from a 10GB Partition on my 80GB HDD to a 10GB Partition on my 500GB HDD..??

Is this possible..??
If so, What software will i need..??
Any TUTS..???

Use a program like Seagates Diskwizard to clone the 80GB OS to the 500GB partition you want the OS on. You will use the custom partition settings. No matter what you have heard, it doesn't matter if you have Seagate drives or not. DiskWizard will work with any drive. You will just get a warning that Seagate will not give you tech support unless you are using Seagate drives. All the functions will work

I've been working on trying to image my C drive contents to an external bootable hard drive, using Seagate's DiscWizard. The image succeeds, but the system won't boot from the imaged drive... I have done this many times on new drive setups, as internal slaves to the woking internal C drive. I can see this external USB hard drive in the bios boot list, but the system just hangs on startup

Windows cannot boot from any USB device (without some serious hacking anyway).
