Install Windows 7 from PSP

i want to install windows seven without using a disk and i was wondering if i could use my 4 gb psp or trough the network the thing is that i have a windows iso but no disc to burn so is there a way to do this using my psp? because i dont have a usb drive niether.

I suppose if your computer can boot from an external device, you could use the PSP

Actually if 4Gb is big enough to contain the Win 7 DVD (I think it is) you would be able to install Windows 7 off of it.
