Installation will not start on laptop

Hi guys, Im new here but I would really appreciate ur hlp..... Guys and gals, my PC does not want to start up the OS disk, I think it's a HDD problem, but I aint sure...help me guys

You need to either enter BIOS, or press a button on the display as instructed during boot up to select a device to boot, then make sure you boot from the optical drive... If its in BIOS you need to select your first boot device as your optical disk.

A failed hard disk will not prevent setup from starting if the optical disk is (manually selected as) the first disc to be checked.
