Hi ok when I installed windows seven I tick the box so it will just give me windows.old folder there because I just had to get some stuff from there still.

Okay Windows 7 installed now but when it starts it has windows vista and windows 7 like dual boot it tells me to choose. I want to get rid of the windows vista saying because I clicked it and it just starts windows 7 up. So something is still there from windows vista I just dont know what. I have now Deleted the windows old folder everything from there its still showing up.

Any suggestions

Thanks

When you log in to Windows 7 >

Right click "My Computer" > on the left side you will need to click "advanced system settings" > You should be default be in the "advanced" tab > then go to "startup and recovery" and uncheck "time to display list of operating systems"

Apply and restart, that will remove the prompt and is the easiest way, and when you recover the data you need delete the windows old folder it takes up a whole lotta space.
