Installing pacosx on hdd on pci raid card

    hey all, I've got two ide hdd's I'm using for windows, I just got a pci raid card for a sata hdd I just got, I want to run mac on this sata hdd but I can't seem to get mac osx installer to recognize the sata drive, how can I get around this? If anyone could Help I'd greatly appreciate it, I can't seem to get the drive to be recognized by mac. is there some command line i need to run to get the installer to recognize it?
