Integrated video card problems

Yeah Hello all i need some help...I was just listening to music and chatting with my girl and i minimized very thing and hit my start menu button and the start menu was weird like it showed nothing and the yahoo thing on the taskbar was under the start button and i could not click on anything nor right click...Video card is an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series...im using windows vista..i hope its not the integrated card going out on me...Any help please!
